In which city is the Open’er Festival held?

The Open’er Festival currently takes place in Gdynia. However, this was not always the case. The first edition was held in Warsaw; the event was not yet as extensive and lasted only a single day. Subsequent editions were organized in Gdansk. For the past few years, the festival has been held at the Gdynia-Kosakowo Airport (formerly known as Babie Doly Airport).

Who will play at Open’er 2026, and when?

As happens every year, major stars will be appearing in Gdynia—and there are quite a few of them! It comes as no surprise, given that the event will span four days, from July 1 to 4, 2026. What does the Open’er organizer have in store for the 2026 lineup? The event will feature acts such as Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, The Cure, David Byrne, The xx, and Calvin Harris. We are still awaiting the announcement of the Polish stars set to perform at the upcoming edition of the festival.

How much does a ticket to Open’er Festival cost?

A full 4-day pass for Open’er Festival 2026 costs 1,149 PLN. If you are interested in staying at the campsite, you can purchase a ticket that includes this option; the cost is then 1,419 PLN. Weekend passes are also available, costing 829 PLN (concert admission only) and 1,019 PLN (including camping). The most affordable option is a single-day ticket, priced at 549 PLN. A VIP option is also available, offering numerous amenities such as a dedicated festival entrance, concert seating, a free cloakroom, and electronic device charging stations. Open’er Festival – where to stay?

There are plenty of options. While a large number of attendees stay at the campsite, many opt for greater comfort and look for accommodation in private rooms or nearby guesthouses. Open’er – getting there from Gdansk

Even though the Open’er Festival itself takes place in Gdynia, staying in Gdansk is still a great idea. The Tricity area boasts excellent transport connections. How do you get to the Open’er Festival if you’re staying in Gdansk? If you have a car, it’s straightforward; the organizers provide an unattended parking lot on-site (near the Kosakowo entrance), as well as designated areas for parking bicycles and scooters. However, if you prefer public transport, you can take a train to the area and then switch to a city bus—such as line 109. The journey from Gdansk to Open’er takes about an hour. The organizers also offer a free shuttle bus service; it departs from near the Gdynia Main Railway Station and runs back and forth every 10–15 minutes.
