New, original dishes on the main menu at Qubus Hotel restaurants

Autumn is the season full of rich flavours and aromas. Ripe fruit, aromatic mushrooms and juicy vegetables have inspired the Chefs of Qubus Hotel chain restaurants, who prepared new compositions of dishes for the main menu.

From 3 October all 14 restaurants of our chain will be serving those extraordinary dishes. The novelties that should not remain unnoticed include aromatic lettuce with oyster mushrooms and baked halibut marinated in mustard seeds and thyme, served with blini made of courgette and Ricotta cheese. For those who would like to fight off the cool of autumn days we recommend the filling soup made of two types of cheese - Lazur and Gorgonzola. The dish that will definitely bring back the warm memories of the past summer is tagliatelle with tender prawns stewed in garlic, with a bit of parsley and cherry tomatoes. An unusual combination of flavours can be also enjoyed by those who choose our grilled Brazilian roast beef marinated in mango, served with bilberry and celery preserves.

- Our new menu includes well-known dishes that are popular with our Guests. The dishes that enjoy continued popularity among our Guests are beef sirloin steaks served with three sauces to choose from (pepper sauce, blue cheese sauce or porcini sauce) as well as salmon fillet, cod tenderloin and grilled lamb with Feta cheese. In addition to this we have introduced novelties inspired by autumn products. We have also verified our sales results to see which dishes were the most popular in the summer. This is why we have decided to include the aromatic Georgian style tenderloin into our menu - discloses Mariusz Tkaczyk, Gastronomy Specialist at Qubus Hotel chain - The uniqueness of our cuisine lies not only with original dishes, but also with our dedication to their taste and visual qualities as well as freshness and natural qualities of the products used - adds Mariusz Tkaczyk.

Qubus Hotel chain restaurants are always aware of the needs of their vegetarian Guests. This is why our menu includes meat-free dishes such as lettuce with grilled goat's cheese, cream of tomatoes or Benedictine potato soup with porcini mushrooms and mollet egg.

The flavours of autumn can be also found among our desserts. Those who have a sweet tooth can choose between shortcrust tart with Amaretto marinated plums and strudel made of puff pastry with aromatic apple filling.

Qubus Hotel restaurants are also perfect for families with children. Each restaurant has special children's play area designed for our youngest Guests. Children can enjoy the comforts of special chairs and tables matching their size as well as colouring books, crayons and puzzle toys. Qubus Hotel also offers the menu that has been composed especially for children. The menu includes dishes that are the most popular among children and composed of fresh and natural ingredients.

Qubus Hotel restaurants are located in 14 popular Polish towns and cities, including Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk or Bielsko-Biała. Local chains are often favoured by tourists and individual Guests, who choose to celebrate their First Communion, wedding or christening receptions there.
