The new website interface and its intuitive menu provide its users with easy access to information on 14 Qubus Hotel facilities and their up-to-date offers. This new website has been designed from scratch. Modifications have been introduced to both, its graphic layout, which has been adjusted to the chain's visual identification standards and the website structure, which presents the services of Qubus Hotel chain in a transparent manner.
- We are the only hotel chain in Poland that decided to invest in its own reservation system. Our new booking engine gave us independence from external solutions. It enables us to provide our Guests with accommodation at truly competitive prices. It also results in improved availability of accommodation, which can be verified by our Guests even up to 3 months in advance, as well as more rapid reservation without any previous registration. Our high-tech interface also enables our Guests to make a reservation for up to 18 persons at a time - says Bartosz Jungiewicz, E-Commerce Specialist at Qubus Hotel - What is more, we have also introduced corporate rates on our new website. They enable us to create flexible offers with defined, unlimited number of price options for particular packages, previous reservations or various lengths of stay. This option is being tested for its reliability with a narrow group of users at the moment in order to be introduced soon for the majority of our Guests - adds Bartosz Jungiewicz.
Another improvement made for the comfort of those Guests who value high quality of Qubus Hotel services is implementation of Livechat application on our new website. It is available in 3 languages and allows for contact with Qubus Hotel consultants in real time. This is one of the ways in which Central Reservation staff provides our Guests with support in making their reservations and answers their questions about our offers, chain standards etc. every day, from 8:00 a.m. to 07:00 p.m. local time.
Qubus Hotel chain has also modernized entirely its Q-Club loyalty programme panel. As a result Q-Club members can check the status and history of their account, order a gift from our attractive Gifts Catalogue or amend their personal data and address at any time.
