Gdańsk is a beautiful, historic and multicultural city with over a thousand years of unique history. Its identity was influenced by many cultures along the centuries. Nowadays Gdańsk makes a perfect combination of an international business centre and a resort crowded with tourists from all over the world.

Main attractions of the city include:

The famous Old Town is located in the district of Śródmieście. It is the oldest, historic area of the city.

It is full of richly ornamented tenement houses, the Town Hall and many monuments.

The Old Town is literally filled with places of historical interest, including the Neptune Fountain which is a must for every visitor.

Długa Street is the longest and the most elegant street in Gdańsk. It stretches out along the entire Old Town in the district of Śródmieście.

The extension of the street is Długi Targ (Long Market) and both streets create so-called Royal Way. The Way is flanked by monuments and beautiful, old tenement houses.

Artus' Court is located in the very city centre, at Długi Targ 44. Formerly Artus' Court used to be a centre of social life, currently it is a branch of the Gdańsk History Museum.

The interior of the Court is one, very spacious Gothic hall. The walls are covered with wainscoting and friezes. The ever-present impression of splendour is enhanced by richly ornamented furniture and numerous paintings.

Oliwski Park is located in the district of Gdańsk called Oliwa, by the Oliwski Stream.

The Park enthrals with its inherent magic and its labyrinths of alleys are perfect for romantic walks leading to interesting places and lovely landscapes.
